DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
1. Delivery Conditions
1.1 Order Preparation
BtoBTurk processes your order as quickly as possible once it has been received.
Products are shipped by Suppliers to the BtoBTurk warehouse. After quality
control and consolidation at the warehouse, the order is prepared as a single
package and dispatched. The average delivery time is 10–12 business days for
Europe; for other continents, delivery times may vary. Delivery may be
delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
1.2 Shipping and Dispatch
Shipments are made through international courier companies or regional
logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination
country. Once dispatched, the tracking number is shared with the Buyer.
1.3 Taxes and Customs Procedures
BtoBTurk calculates import taxes, customs duties, and other related charges and
informs the Buyer of the total cost at the time of order. To ensure the Buyer
does not face additional charges at delivery, all customs and logistics
procedures are managed by BtoBTurk.
2. Return Conditions
2.1 Return Requests
Returns are only possible in the following cases:
- Incorrect
product delivery,
- Delivery
of defective or faulty products,
- Inability
to supply the ordered product.
2.2 Return Period
The Buyer must notify BtoBTurk in writing within 7 business days of
delivery to request a return.
2.3 Return Requirements
- The
product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The
invoice, delivery note, and return request form must accompany the
product.
2.4 Return Procedure
Once the return request is approved, the Buyer will be informed of the return
address and steps to follow.
- In
cases of defective/incorrect products, return shipping costs are covered
by BtoBTurk.
- In
other cases, return costs are borne by the Buyer.
2.5 Refunds
Returned products are subject to quality control at the BtoBTurk warehouse.
Upon approval, refunds are made using the original payment method within 7–10
business days.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
- BtoBTurk
is not liable for customs delays, natural disasters, wars, strikes,
official decisions, or logistics-related disruptions beyond its control.
- The
quality, specifications, and accuracy of product descriptions remain the
responsibility of Suppliers.
